Honda Jon bringing your this video showing the correct way to adjust the hood on your car. This method will let you fine-tune the gap either front to back or side to side. Take caution while doing this since you don’t wanna make it worse and chip the paint if you loosen the hinges too much. Just loosen them a little bit to allow you to move the hood slightly. Small corrections here is key. Thanks

Before you move anything, take a sharpie and mark the original location of the hinge so you have a point of reference.

I do notice on Accords the front fender gaps are slightly off and noticeable especially at top coming towards side of window
even mine has the same issue with the gaps , alignment with those hoods are not that great with Honda accords …
You would think by 2020 they would have bought these gaps closer so they are in Sync I lucked out with the hybrid what you are explaining is truly the only way for correct alignment Great well explained video as always Jon Take care
