Exactly what I was going to say as well, I was cringing as you were doing it. Also I have that same Harbor Freight seperator and while it works OK I’ve had it tear boots before so my favorite method is to use a heavy hammer and hit the side of “spindle”.

Dude, if you’re gonna do DIY videos, please show people the right way in regard to popping the tie rod end w/o a separator tool. You NEVER hammer the tie rod w/o the castle nut threaded on. You’re just gonna teach people how to mushroom the end and ruin it.

HAHAHAHA the Lug nut guy is hilarious
If the balljoint spins while you’re trying to remove the castle nut, wedge a prybar against the knuckle and pull on it while you crank the nut. The tension will hold the stud in place to allow you to crank it off.
I’d appreciate it but it’s up to you and the time you have on your hands and yes that’s the piece I’m taking about
So, you want me to take a lug nut off, and put it back on? And make a video of that? By the way, lest we be confused, let me clarify, a lug nut is one of the fasteners holding your wheel on. Is that the piece your talking about?
