Is this the same for a 2013 Honda Civic Coupe? I realized your door panel replacement for the Coupe is a bit different than the sedan. Would replacing the side mirror be different?

So my daughter (16 years old) broke her mirror off backing out of the driveway. The plastic clip under the mirror housing unit broke 3 tabs. Can I just order one of those pieces and replace it after taking it all apart, or do I have to order a whole new mirror?
