The 19mm is the higher level (EX-L, Touring) version with the shock absorber tension… the lower trims use a 14mm integral to one of the idlers. Probably due to the bigger AC compressor for rear AC on the higher trims… I don't think it's related to the dreaded VCM, also on the higher trims.

Quick and easy. I kind of had to route the belt from underneath once. You need that diagram to replace. I got a copy on my phone in my notes.

If you have a breaker bar 3/8. Then you won’t need that drive belt thingy.
