Ranch Hand Earl called me up and said, “Jim, you gotta check this out.” turns out, there’s a gear reduction starter that bolts right in and it only costs about $225. When you think about it, a rebuild runs you a hundred bucks anyway, so for a little more, you can get something that really makes your gmc coach crank smooth and strong. I really believe this upgrade is worth it for anyone running a classic gmc motorhome.
