I would add some thicker gloves for protection from mechanical damage, sharp edges etc. Hearing protection is another must have, especially around race engines or loud motorcycles, even grinders will take a toll in the long run and don't forget to protect your knees, people were not designed to kneel on concrete and it will catch up you in your later years. Please don't ask me how I know these things…
