Or you could use a magnetized screwdriver.
Thank you for his Video, manual had nothing at all on this, the guy at our
local part source store was way off. The tip about needing a magnet was
great we were ready with that.
i need help with my license plate light…i replace it, buht it still
doesn’t come on…i need help with the wiring asap bc i get pulled over
almost every night for it not working…
Thank you for posting this Vid… I am new to You Tube and find it amazing
that folks like you are willing to help strangers repair their cars/trucks
free. I realize you have posted your business address etc. and I have noted
them for future reference! You are a great example of how Americans can and
will lend a helping hand and are a great example to other posters. You
prove You Tube is not just full of haters and fakes! You are a class act!
can you help me i did everything took the turn signal bulb out and put a
new one but it still wont work so i took out the piece the holds the bulbs
and look where the bulbs go and it looks like melted plastic inside trying
to clean it. or would i need a new part
Check the power to the socket with a test light and also the socket to see
if either of them are bad.
wooooow
If you dont have a magnet screw driver then use a business card and slide
it inside the hole
thanks for the video. I have a 1993 GMC C1500. I was able to change the
blub for one part of the tail light (the middle one), but it did not turn
on (other lights worked fine). Shucks! Any suggestions?
excelent video really helped. do you know where is the backup lights switch
on a 94 k2500 suburban? cant find it.
awesome! thx! i looked for all the CONVENTIONAL access points with no
success. i NEVER would havbe figured this out.
Thank you for this video. My Dad is a minister and his budget is very
tight. He has a 98 silv and both of his tailights mounting clips had
broken. He had them duct taped on. After Easter service, I snuck out there
with two new taillights and replaced them for him. I had them done in 10
minutes thanks to your video. I appreciate what you guys do.
thank’s for the video your awesome
Off the top of my head I know those license plate lights can corrode. Try
disconnecting your battery, taking the bulb out then cleaning the contacts
with some fine grit sand paper, 200 grit or higher. I’ll take a look on my
brother in law’s Suburban and see if I can help you out more than this.
We currently do not have an auto repair video on that particular part. If
you have a Haynes or a service manual, it should show you the location of
the switch.
Nice video, thanks!
Good vid… I have a 92 chevy c1500… My turning signal and brake lights
stopped working… I changed the bulbs and the fuses… Idk wat else could
it be
@miguelp504 If the turning signals stopped working it could be the turn
signal switch too. You may want to see if it has gone bad. We sell new ones
with FREE SHIPPING on our website 1aauto.com Hope this helps you out.
thats easy! they charged me once 30$ to do this
Thank you for posting this vid. I am new to You Tube, people like you show
that there are classy folks willing to help strangers. I have noted your
address and will support your business if I ever need a part. You have
given me the chance to win a few “points” by fixing the back-up light on my
wife’s truck! You are a good example for other posters to follow! May all
good things be yours!
