If the door lock actuator fails or starts to fail, when you hit the switch it may make a noise and kind of wiggle but may not move up or down. That’s typically what happens to them when they go bad. Could you take a moment to explain what the actuator does and what it doesn’t do when it fails ? My ’04 TB (LS) rear drivers side door will not stay latched – like what a broken return spring would cause to happen (I’m pretty sure there are no return springs – just an analogy), In other words, the handle operates the latch ok, theres just no resistance to hold the latch in place after it hits the bar. Pull on the door by its edges and the door opens right up – no door handle(s) needed.Thanks !!!
You may want to take the door panel off and see if something has become disconnected from the inside of the door that connects to the door key lock tumbler. Hope this helps you out. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393

You may want to have the dealer run your VIN # on the truck for you to see if your Chevy Trailblazer takes a different size.
The factory Valeo actuator is 3 plug. The replacement is only 2. Why is this?
