You do not want to use any kind of sealant on the tank seal. It is designed to seal without the use of sealant. If you would like you can use a lube for ease in installation. Thanks for watching.
You didn’t use any type of sealant on the o-ring that went around the new pump. Is there any reason I couldn’t use a gas rated sealant on the o-ring?
