I just replaced my rag joint in my 1990 SS454. You dont have to replace the entire shaft and BTW there are 2 rag joints available and I had to use the smaller of the 2. Tightened up my steering real nice

I upgraded to a U joint steering shaft. Better than a new rag joint in my opinion but it does cost more.
