How is the output on this vs. a more aftermarket setup running an amp?
Thanks so much for the video! I was able to install my Kicker Ssicre14 on my Silverado High Country 2018. Just a little observation, when you connect the signal of the woofer to the cables of sound, the green one of the signal goes with the brown with blue lines of the truck! Thankss
Very nice video of the install FROGMAN524. The installation instructions made it hard to understand which harness to cut open to tap into the blue/brown wire so watching this helped me identify it easier. Very clean install. I just installed mine in my 2016 Sierra 2500HD Denali with Bose. Very nice improvement in sound.
Do you happend to know which brown with blue stripe and blue wire? I noticed theres two sets ones a little thicker than other.

I thought this was plug and play and your splicing into your factory harness that’s not plug In play like kicker claims
Thanks for the video- installed this kicker sub in my 2018 silverado. I agree 100% a real pain in the ass at times but nice clean install. Video definitely helped with that.

Great video. I'm looking at this for my 15 Silverado Z71. Are you able to adjust the gain on the amp, or is it just pre-set?
Also wondering about whether it’s hose compatible and if it screwed with your cabin noise canceling
