I did all this to find out i just needed to calibrate the thing by resetting the entire HVAC relay. Take the relay out for 10minutes and put it back. 2016 chrysler T&C MS 3.6L. Unless your acuator gears are stripped GL

G.M. engineers- didn't consider the repair & maintenance on P.I.A. stuff they make-G.M. products are great for the first month you own them- but after 100,000 miles… they start breaking down- try replacing a distributor that's wedged between the firewall & engine block! Or a spider fuel injectors- & right now, Im trying to figure out why my a/c compressor won't come on, despite replacing the relay& every fuse I can find& those blender doors are a royal pain in the- floor board!

@RalphBecerra-z5t says:

They don't show how to line the gear in or the flap and that u need 3 hands to in stall and yes u need to take the seat out and lay on your back

@JASONCRABTREE-m8d says:

I'm pulling the driver seat out when I do it.

Air comes in through my ac vents when I'm on the highway, it'll blow cold or hot air depending on what setting I have it at even though my fan is off, does any of you guys have an idea of what it might be?

@paulmartin8046 says:

Yeppers it's definitely not a fun job.

@ridgerunner5772 says:

What ever you do first do the Reset, then, if you have to replace, Remove the Black Battery Cable First…..and wrap for Zero contact….
