Friend of mine owns a VW Beetle, with headlight bulb that blew. I had a look and reckoned it would be awkward but doable with a few socket extensions. I only see her once a week and by the next week, she said it was done by the main dealer. Cost her apx. £320 over $437… not for the cluster, just for fixing a bulb.
