Thanks for the info I’m redoing my headliner on my Ford Ranger due to water
damage from my windshield I replaced it my upholstery shop will not sell it
to me they consider them loseing money going through a company is out of
South Carolina I can do this this about for $40 I will try that trick on
where you put the two boards and you said two cans of spray

With that being a GM regular cab truck would take less than 1 yd and the
visors wound only need about 17″. I use heandliner material. On the visors
, you don’t want to glue the outside part. Just glue the inside part. You
do this so it won’t have wrinkles like you have. You didn’t need to remove
the rod on the inner board. On this inner board. Cut off approx. 1/2″ along
the perimeter, the reason for this is so your sewing machine foot won’t
slide off and your able to have a straight stitch.
