I wish I could help you with that one, but I don’t know either. My Grand Am
had a sticker by the water outlet that said the thermostat isn’t here. I
haven’t done that job yet so I don’t where they put it.

I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cylinder and every time I add water it’ll
say ‘low coolant. Do you think If i replace that water outlet, you think my
car will say stop saying ‘low coolant?

Yeah did the car start smoking when it ran out of fluid

This is the water outlet end, the thermostat is inside the intake end (on
the bottom-rear of the engine)
