Great video! I have the same bag, it is five months old and I am worried that my straps are going to crack too, it is a known issues with Damier Ebene Neverfulls. Did you say how old your bag was when you noticed the cracking? Maybe I missed it. Also totally agree with
you regarding customer service!
My straps got cracked too in 6-months after usage. I emailed LV & they repaired it for free. It sucks that the quality is not as it used to be.
i cant agree more. its because the demand has gone up so the quality isnt as good as it use to be. :(
i love that purse in ebene but the exact same thing happened me twice. they said eventually the handles will snap off, i brought it in and they exchanged it for me after a year of the purchase date. its because the leather is treated. if you get the monogram or the azur the handles wont crack. im surprised they didnt just give u a brand new purse.

I agree with you about the customer service, when I went back a few weeks ago to return a product and exchange for another my sales associate wasn’t there and the person who served me was short tempered I wrote an email to Louis Vuitton about it but have yet to receive a reply. Makes me not want to purchase anything from them anymore.

I have a great video that goes in detail about this. In short, if you don’t have a Louis presence in your state (USA) than you don’t pay tax. Just have the item shipped to your house.

Great video!! I was very lucky that when first bought LV I had a great experience rather than having a bad experience on my 1st time and never going back again. LV needs to remember based on customer service that’ll affects if the customer will come back and shop with them again. I agree, some SA’s out there can make me sad cuz I genuinly love LV!!!!
