Rustbelt Mechanic says:

Chris Wheland says:

Great job!! The truck is coming along very nice.

TheReal Trucker says:

How much do you have into your truck?

John Doe says:

Why didnt you clean and paint everything. You put rust crap right back together. LAME!!!!!!!

Niko Gregoric says:

Where did you buy the Rockers and Cab corners from? I know LMC trucks sell's them but I don't know if they're are good.

Dustin Garrett says:

Don’t forget to bleed your brakes!

Mark Brant says:

Very good information on this !!

James King says:

As always good vid josh

Ricky Pisarchick says:

Awesome looks great. Nice clean setup with the shocks. You should get some black paint on the u bolts and lift blocks to make it all cleaned up. Hooah

Jonathan Kelly says:

Why only single flare bud.?

Legoboss789 says:

I have a question so where u gonna do this restoration now even if the axle never lock up on you or when it did lock up your like lest just start this restoration now

Jeff Evans says:

You need to get a set of traction bars for your truck because that will help with the drive line not seizing up on you again do to axle wrap.

Gooch 85 says:

You shoulda used AMSOIL in ur new diff

Smokey Burnout2500hd says:

Whatever color you pick plz dont go with that green like your toolboxes lol

cesar laso says:

Truckmaster, you need a fluidampner harmonic balancer before you get on it! Save your crank. Your could hit 700hp on the Dyno depending on tune. Gale banks said on YouTube video l5p and more, at the 42 min mark he never broke a stock crank in all his years of records… solution: herschol brother's tuned his viscous dampner to his crank. They are the maker of the fluiddampr.

Jon Hall says:

Great video and good to see the truck coming along. Be careful with the "since I was in there"!!! Your build or rebuild cost could quickly get away from you. Doubt it's unique to military but as a fellow veteran I find myself thinking the same thing as you and replacing things "since I was in there" and even "since I broke" I mean replaced one on one side. Keep plugging away at the truck!!! Have a blessed day all!

Pat Rogers says:

You showed no fear or hesistation with E brake disassembly or reinstall same with brake lines. I'd be nervous, but much easier as you said with bed off. When is frame getting painted? When your done with cab corners and cleaning welds? Truck will be almost new. Nice

J.D. Martinez says:

Should have painted the brake lines with clear, for that wow factor. Altas Springs would have look real nice while ditching the lift blocks.

Walter Frederick says:

Can get the pre bent brake line kit

98ChevyK1500Z71 says:

Nice video. I woulda left the old axle in and taken out the brake line to paint the frame. Copper is nice and the way to go for DIY and repairs, but Dorman makes stainless line kits for these trucks (ends up costing the same as copper with less work) and they would be a breeze to put in with nothing in the way.

Legoboss789 says:

wow vary good video man i like how you edited the video

Red Dirt Diesel says:

Have you decided on a color like red or camouflage?

NOLAW47 says:

After you paint the truck I would spray inside the rockers/ corner caps with AEROSOL KROWN RUST PROTECTION and followed it up with Fluid Film. Thanks for sharing.

Red Dirt Diesel says:

Going great. You should add a bigger fuel tank
