The iphone 4 link doesn’t work.
Try turning off some non-required things or I have a video on how to save battery life on iOS 7 if you want to check that out.
There are multiple links. Which version are you trying to download?
This is the exact same version that is going to come out on 18th. That’s why it’s called GM as it’s released to developers first.
Try and putting the phone into DFU Mode or Recovery Mode and then reinstall iOS 7.
Download the new beta iTunes and restart. That error should be fixed.
