what happens if the release bearing is not installed right…will the car
go into gear without using the clutch and wont move because a mechanic
installed a new clutch press. plate, flywheel, realease and TOB and that is
what happened

@gordysuggs If the bearing is installed incorrectly it will have an air gap
between the fork and the bearing riding surface. This will cause the car to
not want to go into gear. The reason is because the hydraulic system has to
take up the 0.200” gap and runs out of stroke to complete the release
process. It will also cause the pedal to have a spring back feel. Thanks,
