Jasmin Albay says:

Sir, How did you putt them back? You need to top on injectors or what?

HOYS says:

@killallful The GM dealers will have the o rings. they are about 15 bucks.
or you can just get a generic one.

red04montels says:

Nice vid, you should do a step by step LIM replacement :p

Justin S says:

do you know how many o rings are on the fuel line inlet #1 cyl side

New Evolution says:

haynes service manual suggest removing p/s pump not disconnect just setting
aside 3 bolt makes it alot easier my question not answered by haynes is
when re-installing how dose that work i have tried every angle i ended up
putting a small dent in the top of fuel rail.

moparmania74 says:

what if you mess up and instead of keeping the injectors hooked to the
rails you bend back all the clips on the injectors? thats what i did. now i
am having trouble getting the injectors out, since they arent hooked to the
rails anymore. i wish i would have seen this video first! i am also having
a big problem unhooking the injectors connections! they dont look like the
ones you have. im so scared in gonna break and injector trying to remove
it. they are $100 a piece! & this is a friends car!!??

Eric Behrman says:

Great tip worked very well thanks I used it when I did my entire intake
gaskets R&R with the Felpro kit. I did have an injector O-ring that fell
into the head and was resting on the intake valve. I managed to get the
O-ring out with a dental pick.

midgetmayo says:

Thanks for the post bud, appreciate this one.

STEPHENAUBREYdotcom says:

Thank you man! Very helpful! Attempting it now…

BikerBry says:

blow the loose crap out of the valley on top of the intake before taking
apart. Don’t let crap fall into the holes.

midgetmayo says:

That would make for a neat video!!

tybo09 says:

I know you uploaded this several months ago, but is there any way you can
direct me to a write-up or video about how the engine torn down to where
you are? I suspect I have a bad fuel injector in cylinder 1 (misfire, plug
looks good, wire was good, good spark coming out of end of the wire), so my
next guess is an injector… How do I get the plenum off and is there
anything I should watch out for? I’ve searched the internet and it seems
like everyone says the 3400 plenum is not fun.

Hadi29jul says:

Can u do a fuel rail removal on 01 grand am cause this vid didn’t help

arakshootout says:

thank for this

killallful says:

where can i get a fuel rail o-ring for my 2004 impala. the one you said i
probably would lose because i lost it. and the auto parts stores dont have
they dont know what i am talking about.

HOYS says:

Mopar: wiggle the injectors around and then they will come out. Don’t worry
about the clips.
