Roger Albans says:

That F150 would only need to drive as far as "the accident" it was about to have if it was mine.

fastsvt says:

I deleted my trans lines to the radiator.. bypassing it is a lot nicer

txtrcr says:

the fan shroud extensions are there because the truck has a body lift, blocks between the cab/bed and cab/bed mounts.

Jim Ostroski says:

Water will cause the clutch material to come off the disc

Big Nig says:

Ray. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford to fully fix their vehicles. You said yourself that the radiator needed to be replaced. So doing that before the Transmission is done is not a waste of resources. Ideally, everything would be replaced at the same time, but because it isn't, does NOT mean it is sketchy.

txtrcr says:

that stupid plastic piece that didnt need to be there, is protection for the o-rings for the quick connect lower hose that your truck didnt have. wrong radiator but also the correct radiator if you just stuff the standard hose onto it.

Old man huppiedos says:

Just watch Wife Unit that is much more fun than working.
Always fun to go out with the kids and pickin' strawberrys.

johnny perdue says:

Ray use liquid dish washer detergent in the radiator do it on big trucks all the time when oil cooler cracks and dumps in the antifreeze very good at cutting oil

Irvine Rider says:

Did anyone else want Ray to doodoooleeedooo when his phone was ringing?

Hippy Trev says:

why replace the whole radiator when cheaper way would be to add a separate trans cooler..& block or the lines going into the radiator

PAUL 1961 says:

i would not have hooked up anything to the rad till the system was flushed

Bowhunters says:

Someone forgot to use a garden hose and flush the radioactive crud out of the engine block before connecting the hoses to the new Radiator ! Hmmmmm Ray ?

Iain P says:

Did you tighten that fan clutch onto the water pump ? The phone rang before you had that done …

DeSoto Sky says:

I don't know why so many people are concerned with some water frothed oil in the cooling system harming the new radiator. It can be flushed out later with soapy water if the transmission survived.

PW&NJ Railroad says:

Why not just use a trans cooler delete hose? Keep the nasty stuff out of the new unit.

PAUL 1961 says:

the gauge cluster reading is an easy fix ,i fixed mine within an hour

Jim Langley says:

Whatever happened to Wife Unit's brake job ?

@97TJ_WESTEND says:

Rage against the Machine couldn't depend on their 77 Chevrolet van ,but it gave them a name for their band.

Tony Lewis says:

connect the two trans lines together until you're ready to flush it not like your going to be driving it anywhere but to park it

Alan Cluff says:

Don't forget to tighten the fan up on water pump

steann1 says:

That’s all you can do Ray..
give it some steroids so it runs for another year… and sell it quick..

Jay Stax says:

I catch myself saying "Beeeeeeeww" when powering down my truck..LOL!

John Google says:

I know it's more work: but drain, flush, flush, flush and then Install new radiator, flush again and refill?

twwtb says:

It's like when you are the ER doctor and an accident victim gets wheeled in. You didn't cause the massive pile-up. You didn't cause the injuries. But you are the professional and you are in a position to provide some kind of help. So, you do what you can.

Firemanjeff GG says:

That Ferd should have been put into the car cemetery a long time ago
