Apparently Tauruses are known for this problem in cold weather, and I’ve
been known to tie my door to the frame with yarn in the winter. This video
finally showed me how to get it working again, without having to wait for
Spring. Thank you so much!

THANK YOU!!! Bitter cold snap and my car lock froze. I was messing around
trying to get it unfrozen, and flipped the interior lock. So frozen and
flipped. With heat and your video, I was able to fix the car lock. Thanks
so much for taking the time to do this.

Excellent video… I have a 02′ Ford Focus in which the front passenger
door won’t OPEN/unlock! I cannot remove the inside panel to troubleshoot
the problem. I believe the lock actuator need to be replaced, how do I get
the door open?

thanks for the info thought it was the latch but come to find out it was
the stud the latch closes on set the right position
and tightened with a T-50 tork driver on a breaker bar . door closes like
a bank vault now.

This worked perfectly!!!!! I tried to fix my driver door and ended up
