i just did this and can some food for thought, you may want to pull the
hood off and clean under the water screen for debris from leaves that can
build up and rust, plus you’re guaranteed some scratches if you have a nice
paint job if you don’t yank hood
there is a clip that makes it pretty easy to remove, rather than the 8 mil
bolt, just twist unit out
