Greg Drew says:

I'm about to replace my timing set when I do this next cam install. Why did you remove all the spark plugs instead of just the one you needed up front to find TDC? Also, is this the only way to find top dead center? I have an 09 do the risk isn't as big since my spark plugs are one piece

Michael Eubanks says:

You guys are such sissies you should just stick to playing with your tricycles

Jason Cameron says:

Is it possible to get the 2v 180 out of time?

330GT DOHC says:

im going through this process on my 2000 mustang gt with 5.4 4v swapped motor, im installing 3v oil pump and cobra pickup tube while im there.

Gary Riefle says:

Working on getting this done to my 4×4 f150, minus the cam phasers. I have a lot more room to work with than this car has, I just wished it sat lower, had to dang near build a scaffolding to reach everything under the hood… I'm not tall enough.

hua jack says:

wait until you do a saab radiator lol

Tommy Nolips says:

trying to find a tick tick tick in the upper part of my 4.6l 06 town car that I just bought. Was skimming your video and am amazed how detailed everything was. Easiest way of finding TDC that I have ever seen. The furthest inside an engine I've been has been the intake manifold and valve covers. when I start hearing bout timing it scares he shit outta me. Your video made it look simple. I was looking at replacing lash adjusters but I know that the plastic guides are a known problem on the 4.6. I was literally falling asleep (it's 1am) when u got to the TDC part and I was like EUREKA!!!

David Lane says:

How to you lock the cams down so they don't turn when the timing chains are off?

James R says:

how come on the camshafts the passanger side has the "L" at the top of the phaser and on the driver side it has an "R"??? in another video ( FordTechMakuloco ) on a 5.4l 3V the markings are the opposite as on this video.

Monkey mania says:

you really look like amateurs i hope you dont do this for a living

daybreaK says:

yay because i have a 4.6

SG says:

Should of thrown some cams and springs in there while doing this job
