As a retired mechanic on disability I always like to check these sites out for any changes in R&R procedures.

This is straight up and no problem.

Tech tip, always wire brush the thread's on the bolts and anti-seize them. Also after cleaning the wire ends I like to add some dialectic grease to cut down on corrosion. Same on battery post's.

Good video.

I'm a retired mechanic on disability an I've always removed the positive wire from the battery not the negative when replacing any electrical component because if I touch any negative surface with a positive wire from any component it'd short out!

So disconnecting a positive wire from the battery makes more sense in my opinion.
