I always thought 4 cylinders with 8 spark plugs where nice it gives your
truck lot more power but still good fuel economy

A properly good instructional video. Wanted to watch to see how you
accessed cylinder 4 on the cold side before I do my plugs tomorrow. Glad I
did, because I’m going to have limited time tomorrow do at least I won’t be
wasting my time trying to shove my tremendous hands down between the intake
manifold and firewall. Lol.

Evan Barry says:

it’s been discussed time and time again, the 4 extra plugs were for reduced
emissions, they were not for more power.

What a pain, those designers just need a kick in the arse real bad lol.

When i did the sparkplugs and cables in a frends car (very farty in
comparison to american beasts) the plugs were smaller than standard and
lived in a hole, the socket for them had a perminant magnet inside to hold
the plug in :-))

So your use of a magnet is professional :-))
