The 10mm head bolts on my tensioner pulley got stripped how do i remove the bolts

Connor Lynden says:

very helpful but just a word of advise, you don't actually need to fully remove the belt, just take off of alt pulley, then when you install the new tensioner simply just make sure the belt rests on the tensioner pulley the same way it was before. Then all you need to do is push down the tensioner and put the belt back around alt.

This was very helpful to at least figure out what I was trying to accomplish. I have many more items in the way, fan blade, fan cowling and a whole register of hoses and the like. So I couldnt even see there were 3 bolts. I struggled and got the old tensioner out, but It's going to take someone underneath pushing the new one into place for this to work. But in any case, thank you for the jump start!
