Out of curiosity, why did you need to remove the fan shroud when you were able to get the fan out without removing it? Should you not be able to put the fan back in without removing the shroud?

Man, that truck was all sorts of bubba'd. Broken fan blades, broken fan clutch, backyard "Cold Air Intake"… Crappy lift. Ahaha

Wish Ford made the shroud a two piece and basically electric fans from factory lol but it was 97 or around there . Still thanks for the video it help plenty and , new water pump, hoses and clutch she's running smooth at 307,000miles 5.4

I like the extended hex section on your replacement clutch mounting female. You can get a real wrench on it.

Hi I've been watching videos and thank you, can you please reply have a question about the fan clutch I don't know if it's good or bad, when I move the fan clutch I cannot move it at all a lot of resistance so is that good or bad
