Got a problem with the wipers and fluid pump. Sometimes won't turn on, hear some were clicking when turned on and fluid pump sometimes squirts the fluid on the windshield and sometimes it doesn't. Checked the fuses and they worked so I checked online and someone mentioned that this module was the root of the problem. Could thst be true or is it either the wiper motor or multi function lever?
Mine needs replaced and they are very hard to find right now.

This information is incorrect. Ford Rangers after 2004 do not have GEM module. The function of the GEM module was incorporated into the Smart Junction Box. Please fix this video to represent the accurate model years

the keyless remote worked but only very close to the door. Then is stopped working altogether.
The actuator still works. The ignition programing still works after 8 rotations and the actuators clicks still.
Do I need to replace the GEM Module and is it the alarm system that works the whole anti-theft system?

Is the gem module the same as a pcm? I want to change the pcm on my 1994 Ford ranger xlt 4.0 2wd. And when I type in "my make and model and pcm", this pops up. I don't want to replace the wrong computer. I want to replace the one that manages fuel, spark and the Check engine light (when key is turned to on position it Doesn't come on)
