Pro tip. Chances are you will ruin a few of those push in plastic retainers while removing. Buy a half dozen of each before starting the job so you have them on hand for now and in the future.
I ended up just breaking the bottom clips off the old grille instead of struggling with them. I was recycling the old grille anyways and not saving it.

The Philips clips on the top are factory. Mine was purchased new and I just replaced them.
