How to Repair Ford Hydraulics: Lift and Draft Control for 600, 700, 800, 900, 2000, 4000 Tractors

How to Repair Ford Hydraulics: Lift and Draft Control for 600, 700, 800, 900, 2000, 4000 Tractors

Rachel will help take the guesswork out of the hydraulic system on a Ford 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 tractor or early 2000/4000 tractor with four-cylinder gas engine. She’ll outline some troubleshooting and then demonstrate the most common repairs on the top lid of the tractor. Follow along on your own tractor, and then be ready to tackle the hydraulics on your own tractor.

The pump rebuild video will release mid-to-late March 2020.

My dad and I just repaired my 800's hydraulics using Rachel's parts and this video. Went smoothly and now my hydraulics work like new again! The toughest part was getting the pin out and putting the new hardened one (one of her grandpa's creations) back in. A little heat and in it went. Thanks again Rachel!

Awesome videos. I’ve watched several of them now, You obviously know what you are doing, and I’ll be going to your website first for spares. You totally deserve it for taking the time to make such professional walk-throughs. Priceless overall service, 🙂

Hello,
There's a plate on the bottom of the hydraulic housing near the drain plug on my 640. Do you all sell a gasket for this plate? I need to replace the one on my tractor.
Thanks.
