money… good shit yo…

Dadcgall says:

Good video. Was gonna remove shroud and intake duct. Thanks for the video.

1A Auto Parts says:

You may want to have the battery and alternator checked to see if they’re
working correctly.

bzepeda73 says:

Thanks for the video! If I wanted to change both the belt tensioner and the
serpentine belt would it be easier if I remove the fan cover and perhaps
the upper radiator hose? Or would that be a waste of time?

Henry Williams says:

Thanks this came in handy cause my serpentine belt broke today and this
showed me how to move the tension so i can install the new belt

1A Auto Parts says:

No i dont think so,because i put a totally different battery in it to see
if that would work and it didnt.the alternator is brand new.all the postive
cables are new now.havnt replaced the neg as of yet.thanks though.

awirefreak says:

Thank you, sir!

newmondo says:

I have basically no mechanical knowledge and replaced the belt in under an
hour, saving about $100. Thanks for the vid!

caklnl says:

Your videos ware a big help when I changed the serpentine belt and
alternator on my ’98 F150 4.6L. I used a 1″ diameter, 2 ft long pipe to get
added leverage on my 1/2″ ratchet handle. The torque was perfect and made
releasing the belt tension a breeze. I found that I didn’t have to move the
hose support but I did remove the air intake from the throttle body.

weelgunny says:

Glad I saw this. I thought I had to feed the belt through the fan blades.

1A Auto Parts says:

@MrVidAnderson Thank you for watching.

new alt.Nothing jus urrr stop.tested the starter.they said its good.put it
back on.i guess the solinoid is on the starter so ?.replaced pos cable to
starter and truck.still nada.would it b the ig switch?

Carlton Riddick says:

Thanks for this video…saved me money when my belt broke and I replaced it
myself ($20 buck fix!). But dude you made holding that tensioner down and
slipping the belt over the alternator TOO EASY…LOL That is what took up
most of my time trying to get hold it down and slip the belt over! Thanks
again though!

Rob Bush says:
