We added these lights after buying my 2021 F-150 but the instructions state to connect to IDS and select Toolbox. Um where do you do this because there is not place on settings in my truck for this? They will only come on when opening the door not when using the button.
What about for the truccs without lights? I have these holes but they are covered.
This video is now 3 years old. Has anybody developed a bed liner with the cutouts already made for the lights, and hopefully a better solution for the switch?
I ask the Ford dealer for these light and they could not find them in the ford parts book so where can I find them?
Do you need to have the factory lights for this upgrade? Guess what I am asking is the spot for the lights are there even if you don't have them, so are the wires there if you don't have the factory lights so I could add these.
