In this episode of how to be a man I go over how to repair the automatic window buttons in a 2003 ford f-150. you don’t need to buy a new control panel, just fix what you have.

Thanks for this. Just fixed the driver's window switch on my 2003 Supercrew. Worked like a charm…….
Dann will you can do anything your awesome man
An egg carton is VERY handy for keeping small parts in order AND from getting lost or scattered.
Yes but this won't help me, I own a Chevrolet pick-up…….. Just Kidding…… Great stuff as usual. Rock On Will!!!!
Did this some years ago on my Daughter's series 1Mazda MX5 (Miata in the US). Switch was $100.00 second hand from a wrecking yard. The rocker part could be cleaned, but the fixed contacts, which were rivets, were badly burnt, so I made new rivets and put some 38% silver solder on to them. Still working 8 years later when she sold it.
This is what pisses me off about American made cars in a lot of instances. I had two Camrys over 12 years old. Every light every switch still worked. I bought the Camrys after having Camaros, a Monty Carlo, a Catalina, a Ford Ranger, and a slew of others. All of those had at least one switch or interior lights that needed replaced or fixed. I found my friends all had the exact same problems. My wife did have a Honda Passport that had a bad door window switch, but she never looked at weather forecasts in the summer to see if it was going to rain over night…lol
Loving the content on this channel Will.
Gotta try this on my Civic. The auto sometimes brings the window up and back down again.
