Ford can make and charge anything they want for their EV truck. But if the average person cannot afford one, makes no difference how many they make. At that kind of money, $55k Plus, they should make 1. It was Mr Ford that said he was going to put a car in every garage. Well I'm guessing his great great grandson didn't hear that sitting around the Thanksgiving table. Where do these corporations think the average person works?? It's one thing to buy a house at $60k and pay on it for 30 years, quite different to pay off a $60k car or truck in six years or more.
Stellantis is going ahead with a turbocharger integrated with the cylinder head. AMG is working with Garrett that has been refining an electric turbocharger. ICE designs begining to look like throwaway powerpacks. Mercedes C class 4 banger nearing 250hp per liter.

Hey Scotty! I have a 1999 Lexus ES 300 with 167,000 miles. The rmps run normal most of the time however sometimes they run at 4,000 on highway but later adjusts to normal sometimes. When I'm driving under 40mph the rpms are always normal and most of the time when I drive over 40 it's normal too. However it will act up at times on the highway and won't adjust from 4,000 rpms. l'm not sure if it is a transmission related problem or just a sensor. If it is a transmission problem should I just junk the car? Sadly I only bought this car a couple of months ago.
PROBLEM is even a new ford F-150 GAS truck is close to the price of the EV Lightening version anyways. SO you lose in both.
I hope all these electric vehicles go extinct. I want normalcy back and not what the lefty lunatics are pushing on us. F them all
