What do you use to clean the gasket surfaces?
And what sealant do you use?
Do you have a pattern for witch nuts/bolts are metric/English? I always
feel silly trying to guess size and system on everything I touch on Ford.
Like Engine=Metric Body=English or something?
Also you replaced the heads and the pan. Did you look at cylinder leak-down
to see if the whole engine needed freshening? I have found about 50% of the
time if the heads have issues (valves/guides/etc.) usually the engine has
enough hours on it its time to at least re-ring it. Thoughts?
Did you use the RTV Ultra Black?
Who makes the replacement gasket you’re using and what is the part number?
Thanks for a great video!
Great video. It was very helpful. Thanks!
