my 2013 ford focus transmission finally broke on me at 107k miles. is there any way i can get this fixed for free? i am flat broke now… i had to quit my job because i needed it to get to work
Why be suprised?, Furd supported the nazi`s in WW2 and after Henry F was a socialist to boot. No suprise to me. I remember the furd explode a car ( Pinto) and the Exploder (Explorer) fire hazard while sitting overnight, the Edsel fiasco and the joke Mustang 2 !. Im not suprised at all!.
Ford did get sued in California over this . I owned 2014 Ford Focus with a DCT and Ford bought it back I got $15K back after 5 years. used the money bought a 90's Toyota bought stocks with rest.
I owned the fiesta. Transmission was terrible and didn’t last 110,000
pulling out in traffic
Transmission locks up or shifts into neutral
Gets t-boned and dies
Yes Ford, those brakes and steering are plenty to save you.
Toyota just fixed the air bags of my car due to recall campaign and got a 2020 corolla xse rental for free
Instead of making them recall cars due to these problems, the government should make the companies pay pay to the seller the actual drove of the lot price they paid.

I am pretty sure there is a class action lawsuit in process, I received a mailer asking me if I wanted to join the lawsuit since I owned a 2014 focus.
Had a Ford Focus manual 5 speed, traded it in at 70k, no issues with it. So glad I am a cheap SOB and didn't get the automatic.
