Recently changed the plugs for my 2010 with 75K, I did notice one plug
feels a bit “sticky” while threading in, will that cause problem later on?

I used the “old school” method to start the thread, a piece of 3/8 hose
grab the boot end of spark plug, and threaded in by hand. I did torqued
them to spec. Didn’t use anti-seize though

I don’t recommend removing the electrical connectors unless you absolutely
have to. I did this on the first one and when I went back to clip it on it
wasn’t clicking in. So I lifted on the tab and it broke off. Probably
because it’s made of plastic and the engine heat has made it brittle.
