That has to be the MK5…Ford didnt make a 16v Zetec-S engine in the MK4.

why would you try it without a ramp? askin for trouble & a harder job than
it actually is. only takes over an hour with a ramp. piece a piss wi right
tools/equipment. dont get me wrong,i have a lotta time for folk who try
things the hard way(cheap way),but its not always best lol

i’m about to refit the gearbox but i’m having som problems, can’t get the
gearbox on.
I dont think the clutch is centered,,, i’m using a universal alignment kit.
WHAT DID U USE TO CENTRE THE CLUTCH ??? 🙂 :)
