Is there a cab-corner supplier that has better parts than others? Where's the best place to buy?

STILL GOING says:

Quick question that I hope you can help me with. I replaced the back half of my rocker and I am in the process of doing the rear pillar and cab corner. What did you do in place of the foam? did you just seam seal everything? any help would be great.

Eric Seidler says:

After cutting out the cab corners, is there anything you could replace the foam with that wouldn't hold moisture and also cut out road noise?

T Sisco says:

youll feel like going boom after you're repairing that rust for a while. at least in my experience. lol

William Walker says:

Your videos have been very helpful. Thanks.

Clyde O'Hara says:

Your down to earth man I like that, keep up the good work. I have done everything you have done and I love to work on vehicles I build and ride Harleys but seem too do more work on others vehicles than my own, going to have to spend more time for my self.

Silver Streak's Garage says:

Another great video. I was wondering how far up you were going to cut, due to the body lines. Anxious to see your welding technique on the patch panel, I just got my first welder (Lincoln 135) and once it cools off a little will be starting to learn how to use it.

***Classified*** says:

Do you think there is any way to get rid of that foam shit without cutting into the panels? I'd like to get it out of my truck before major rust sets in. I've seen it in just about every rusty vehicle I've been around. My work truck dodge had it at the joints between the rocker and cab corner, and it rusted the worst there. It had it in the middle of the rockers, and that's where they rusted holes in them first. My air compressor went to shit, otherwise I was going to try to test out that fluid film tonight, but I guess I can find a way to dig the foam out in the mean time. I've heard of some people using coat hangers, but I honestly don't know what the best method would be.

BAMA GRAD says:

@6:02, that's what she said LMAO

BAMA GRAD says:

@2:55 so much for safety goggles lol

Johnson's Gee-rage says:

I am so glad I do not have the foam. Just peel and seal it! lol

STILL GOING says:

you have motivated me to start tearing my 95 down. got the bed off and im going to start working my way forward. cleaned up the frame , coating it with POR15. The middle bed crossmember is looking ruff so I need to figure out how to remedy that. Cab corners and an overall check of the cab and underneath it will follow.

Will's Garage says:

The cab corners on mine are good! I do need a driver rocker though.

DarkPitbulLotus DPL says:

Sweet I know about the foam on my 94 f150 I saw it and thought what the hell is up with that

Blake Terry says:

Great Video. when I get in a position where I can do my cab corners I'll be taking that foam out as well
