Very nice video. I would love it if you could email a picture of the end of
the vct to see how big your opening is for the oil. i have a 2004 with 89k
and am going to try the very same thing. from what i understand after so
long the cams don’t like the small amount of psi the old vct version gives
(hole too big). and the new replacements have smaller holes.

you get? mine is 3.55 was 22.1 hwy and 13 city now 17.9 hwy and 8 city
What issues were you having to begin this replacement? Was it a loud noise
(almost like diesel engine) or was it just a rough idle and shutter while
driving? ALSO, Did this replacement fix the issue?
