Will, grab the end of the hose with channel locks or vise grips and twist,
like you are trying to unscrew it. It will break loose and be much easier
to get off. Wait till daylight if you can. Doing engine work in the dark
sucks.
Sir, best video I’ve ever watched on youtube. If all repair videos could be
this well filmed, and detailed, then youtube would be a better place. (Not
to mention of everyone drove a Ford the world would be a little better
place, and we’d all be real experienced at fixing stuff.)
I am doing this right now and it is a complete pain in the ass! The hoses
won’t come off and it’s cold outside. The light on my hood won’t suffice
for darkness either. My lamp is broke so I can’t use it. I hate the fact
that engineers don’t have to worry about this and they just have mechanics
do it for them.
Perfect vid dude. Thumbs up. I will be doing this tomorrow.
Thank you Rich!
Always glad to share my experiences. Check out my other videos, and thanks
for watching!
