You don’t need to get this from a dealer, it’s about $8 for a regular filter or $11 for a carbon(ized) filter at rockauto.com

Granted there may be a shipping charge so your best bet is to order a few more maintenance supplies at the same time.

Sorry, the ’03 Ford Explorer doesn’t have a cabin filter. They Explorer wasn’t equipped with a cabin filter until the 2011 models were made.
