When putting together our 460ci Big Block Ford, we want to keep things as stock as possible, as well as keep our spending low. So we added a few components like a new timing set, camshaft, a gasket set from Summit Racing Equipment, and a new Duralast water pump from AutoZone.

Holy Heli-Coil! What did I just witness? You want to make sure you start all your engine fasteners with an impact. That way if you cross-thread it you can just ooga-dooga past it. As long as the torque wrench clicks at 80 lb/ft at the end your good to go.

May want to start those head bolts by hand prior to using a power tool of any kind on them. Especially an impact. That wasn’t very professional.

Boost doesn’t change the seat pressure, just makes it so you need more to keep the valve seated
