Charles i’m guessing you mean the nut? Sorry for being technical. I will
take a look at my daughters car and get the size for you. You should be
able to find it at your local hardware store or Home Depot or Lowe’s..

hello i need help. i lost the screw while replacing battery. can u tell me
the type of screw i need. i am not very mechanical!
Did you try to find that crazy wedge part?? reason being, I need a new one
and I can’t find it and “ford dealers” don’t even know the part number…
they do that I think so you have to change the terminal.. Stupid engineers!
Any help? as well I need that bolt too….
Why couldn’t they use 60’s technology, hence a simple nut to remove the
cable. Also u may want to put tabs u can buy to help reduce corsion on
cable when replacing.

awesome , I just had to do this and the corrosion made it so I couldn’t
really see what to do with it.
@SteveStronger I would highly recommend at least spraying the terminals
with corrosion cleaner. Then use the protectant.
