Thanks for the video on fixing the odometer. The dash in the video is
exactly like my 2002 F150. I lived with the intermittent odometer light
problem, but with your clear instructions I was able to fix it in under
2hours. Thanks for the great job!

Awesome Thanks!. Anyone else had the anti theft issue??? I’d like to know
before I do this 🙂

69photofreak says:

Emmanuel, very sorry to hear this. I don’t know what would cause this. I
only used other directions from different You tube clips, which seemed to
work and created my video. I have been doing some research to try and help.
You could try some suggestions on EHow’s website – ehow(dot)com- (sorry
youtube doesn’t allow links here. Once you are there type in: How to Reset
the Theft Protection in a Ford Expedition They list some suggestions to try
for resetting the Anti-Theft.

SawBlood45 says:

Excellent video, Thanks a ton man. Did it on my 2000 F-150. Couldn’t tell
which joint was cold on the cluster so I heated then added solder on both
ends just in case Success! Extra thanks for showing the ENTIRE process on
camera even on the parts that seem impossible to do without two hands.

HorsepowerAddiction says:

Excellent video! Great step-by-step on how to pull the dash apart for those
inexperienced DIY type. Glad I found it because I had no idea it was as
simple as a solder joint breaking contact on the back of the cluster on the
PCB!
