You are correct, that is exactly how you use the poor-in AC flush.
I mistakingly bought a quart of liquid a/c flush, thinking it was an aerosol can as you used. If its in liquid form, I can pour small amounts into the lines, let it sit, and blow it out with compresser air right? Hopefully that will have the same effect as the aerosol.
