1968 Ford F100 with a STUCK Engine! Abandoned for 18 Years! Will it Run?!?

A friend of mine picked up this 1968 Ford F100 from an estate. It looked relatively complete so I figured I’d roll the dice on it. Lets see if we can get the inline six cylinder engine loose and running for the first time since 2005 If you’re interested in this truck as is you can own it for the low, low price of only $850 in the condition as shown in this video. (I do have the title!) As always, thanks for watching!

Bob Furman says:

Yes, today's Mortske minute was gold! Love the history and background!

Thomas Kerschner says:

Decent ole truck…..but go Chiefs

Tom Boese says:

GREAT episode. I only wish it would have ran for you. The fan noise doesn't bother me a bit. I lived in South Dakota for a while, and sure know the need for some heat!!! God bless you well.

Robert Adams says:

That looks like an engine that experienced limited oil changes

Cw's Garage says:

Gotta leave the blue vehicles to @puddinsfabshop

Michael Miner says:

That truck was neglected. Lack of oil changes and probably had fuel in that oil since it was super thin. Ran when parked I don't think so lol.

Southern Brain Water says:

"I can't stand the fucking eagles, man". – the dude

Doug Kruse says:

My grandmother was raised in Clifford North Dakota, really like your car history segment.

Wendell Sexton says:

Back in the day we used to scraping with a penny if it left copper on it

captainjerk says:

gary foster says:

CobraMike 13bravo says:

The oil pan looks like a cocoon, maybe you just didn’t enough time to metamorphosis into a V8.

Fast Freddie says:

Are you going to the Super Bowl? If so how do we connect to look at cars and get a samwich

Dan Nissen says:

Squarebody crewcab dually in background. Sweet

Gene Carter says:

You win some and lose some. I enjoy your videos.

Rich Fletcher says:

Always enjoy the “ Mortske Minute”. I love history like that. Especially the old pictures. Makes me think about when times were a lot more simple.
Side note; I was in the service back in the 80s, I knew a guy from Watertown. When someone would ask him where he was from, he would say “ Watertown, South Dakota. Where men are men and sheep are scared. “ I heard him say it a thousand times, and it was never not funny. He looked like a sheep molester. I wonder if they called him “ da a a a a dy”.

gary foster says:

theres got to be a few old fords in junk yards that have a 250 6 or a junk linkon or fire breathing tbird with a 428 in it and make it a smile mobile

Joseph Head says:

Yesterday I spotted an albino Dalmatian, it was the least I could do.

Gary Ruark says:

Mortske said, "You can't kill a 6 cylinder. If you could I would get that one." You got it!

Robert Adams says:

My experience with stuck is either it moves when a 200 plus pound man shoves on the crank bolt or you tear it apart and beat it into submission. I have found that if it turns after a few hours of soaking, it probably would have turned if you just got in the 200 lb guy on the first place.

Jerry Hurley says:

Im sorry its been bad luck again! But theres a solid builder in that old thing. And the main reason for watchin old mortske and puddin and usually even vice grip is that they arent all impossible dream cars! Keep findin that junk and ill keep watchin ya do your thing.

im here to learn says:

Dude, I was putting on mr meseeks socks while you put that battery in. Definitely a glitch in the matrix.
