Yeah, sorta click baity, but you can actually work on Ferraris yourself! Granted if you have a new Ferrari and it’s still under warranty or has a service plan, this is irrelevant.

I've noticed a loose nut behind the wheel… lol
Can you tint the rear window? My concern is whether it can hold up with engine heat
People keep harping on the whole DIY devaluing the car. As he said, it might be a few grand maybe even 10 TOPS (car can be had around 100k), but the main thing is the ability to sell yourself that you're knowledgeable on the car. If you have a potential private party buyer and you don't come across as shady or can agree to allow them to send a "certified" Ferrari mechanic to look at it, you'll be just fine.
The video was a while ago I think so I don't perfectly remember, but I belive he said you shouldnt unless you're very experienced with them.
Wow! I am amazed by your comments! That is great! Yeah, only thing I would say is major things like engine work or possibly belt work (in our case, ours did go wrong and it was done by a shop)! So, yeah, the certified tech would be good for those mentioned things. Good job. Hope you got more subs! Heidi
Don't worry about what Rob does. Make your own shit.
Wrong sir wrong.
Ferrari like Rolex has developed a culture where "Only trained factory techs can work on them". Service records have become the main reason for buying these items. All this is absurd as long as you're willing to keep the car long term, ie 70000 to 10000 miles. At that point service records or not, no one is buying it. That means you're enjoying the car. Not garaging it forever and driving it 100 miles a year just so you can recoup your money. Which frankly, I don't see the point other than trading them like stocks. In which case you're just a poser who loves to show off your so called wealth. As long as your good enough, with the proper tools, I don't see no reason to do so. As long as you understand like any other car you will never recoup your money. So Rob, enjoy. Those other knuckleheads will never understand the true meaning of being a car guy.
Thought this was tai lopez
F owners are mostly bold fat people so u don't get alot of them doing what the younger gen do and post online. I give u a massive THUMBS for doing these videos. Its not as though these cars are anything special from a mechanical stand point. F ownership sucks if u have to stick to the STEALERS on older models. Any chance of DIY for 458? hehehe
properly perfectly….hahahahaha. serious! I admit some are very competent but where I live where we have one franchisee, THEY SUCK BIG TIME!
Your video came up as suggested. I'm a sub now and looking foward to bringing on your Ferrari videos.
Please help me! i really want to know where I can get that silver Ferrari sign on the wall 😉 i looks nice
I like how he has a Pinarello with carbon wheels and also has a double chin…hahaha
Too bad I am totally not mechanically inclined, otherwise I would save myself a lot of money
If you own a Ferrari why should you give a fuck about servicing it or would want to bother doing it?
Start the sh*t storm! Ha ha.. 🙂 Great Video, Rob is very cool too.. all good fun, and glad to know you're in Austin/Central Texas, in case I ever get an F430, my dream car as well.
some cannot DIY or RESEARCH , so hes saying dont do it because there are alot of diyers that think they know what they are doing so he was playing it safe.
Instead of a Ferrari you could buy a c63 BS and mod the shit out of it. Could get the fastest world time for less
