Great video, what camera was used? Adding the timer to you system must
have lowered your energy bill considerably since your no longer circulating
hot water continuously 24/7/365. I think viewers would be very interested
in knowing how much of an effect the lower water heater demand had on your
monthly energy bill.

Incorporating an Intelli-Circ TLC-X1 thermo Logic Control optimizer would
further reduce the demand on your water heater. The installation takes all
of 5 minutes to plug-in the pumps power cord into the side of the
controller and attached the controllers tiny temperature probe to the pipe
using your existing pipe insulation tape. Now the circulation pump would
cycle on and off based on both time and temperature rather than
continuously during scheduled on time periods. You would also now have
“on-demand” single-cycle functionality. For example if you wanted hot
water during a scheduled-off time period you could simply push a button (if
you had hard wired a doorbell button or using wireless devices) and hot
water would be delivered throughout the loop and then stop. Having
convenient hot water around the clock without having to waste water down
the drain is. I believe, the solution to Americas water shortages and aging
infrastructure.
